Dawn and Dusk does not collect, store, or share any personal information. No analytics, no tracking, no cookies.
Location is used only on your device to calculate sunrise and sunset times and to fetch local weather from Apple's WeatherKit. It is never sent to or stored on our servers.
If you choose to enable iCloud sync, your app data is stored in your own private iCloud account and is accessible only to you. We have no access to it.
Photos are never uploaded automatically. The gallery only shares a photo when you explicitly choose to upload it, and each upload is an individual decision. The gallery is a public, moderated feed, so an uploaded photo is sent to a shared database along with the latitude, longitude, place name, and capture date you took it at; other camera metadata (EXIF) is stripped. If you'd like a photo removed from the gallery, email the address below and it will be taken down.
